The short version
Your notes are yours. We keep them private, we don't sell them, and you can export or delete them whenever you want. Use the service lawfully and don't abuse the AI.
1. The service
MyMindNotes transcribes your voice notes, organizes them into your private notebook, and answers questions from your own content. AI actions are metered as "AI runs" per your plan.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
Everything you speak or write into MyMindNotes remains yours. We process it solely to provide the service — transcription, organization, search, and answers. Whether original audio is retained is controlled by your settings; transcripts are kept until you delete them. You can export your whole notebook at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use.
- No attempts to extract other users' data or disrupt the service.
- No automated bulk abuse of AI runs.
5. Plans and billing
Plans, AI-run allowances, and top-ups are described on the pricing page. You can change or cancel anytime; changes apply immediately.
6. AI accuracy
Transcription and organization are automated and can make mistakes. Answers are generated from your notes and may be imperfect — verify anything important.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time, which deletes your notebook. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
